• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service are non-refundable.
3. Services Provided
• Scope of Service: We provide luxury transportation services as detailed in your booking confirmation. This includes point to point service, hourly/as directed, airport transfers, event transportation, etc.
• Service Limitations: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, or road closures.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• Punctuality: You are responsible for being at the designated pick-up location on time. Late arrivals may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the service.
• Behavior: You must conduct yourself in a respectful manner during the service. We reserve the right to refuse service if your behavior is disruptive, abusive, or illegal.
• Property: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party. Additional charges may apply for cleaning or repairs.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Damage and Loss: We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the service, except as required by law.
• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
